POSITRON School Management Software is an upgraded extensive software that brings under it's coverage School's required necessity. Training will be provided to a group to make them expertise to cover and cope up with every technical situation that comes forth and future.
With the consent of the School Management, a technical team will be formed to train in this upgraded technology.
SMS Setting
After acceptance the SMS from TRAI set it in ERP.
Follow by setting it in ERP as SMS Template.
Now you are set to send it to the students, Teachers, Staffs and Admins too.
This software enables you to send student's login details eg-username and password. The software will create on its own.
Exam Schedule
Prior examination, expert school technical staffs with the direction of the school administrator will frame the schedule to run the system smoothly.
Input subject wise exam date, Full and Pass marks.
Teachers are enabled to upload subject wise assignment and marks.
Tabulation sheet and Report cards will be generated automatically.
This ERP drives Exam Result Published SMS too.
Student Data Updating
First Students Data Entry System is Very Simple. We will Provide a Excel File which will be update by the School, and the same will be uploaded from Backend.
If any further updates needed, then it can be done very easily.
If a student does not receive an SMS, it can be sent from here.
Students will be promoted to new classes and sections, from here.
From here the official data of each student will be updated.
Students who do not attend school will be disabled from here. Data will be stored in the ERP, but students will not be shown here.
